We want you to feel confident shopping with DeskGlow Tech. This policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged items, and delivery issues are handled.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned with the original packaging when possible.

Items We Cannot Accept For Return

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, modified, missing key parts, or returned without contacting us first.

Damaged, Wrong, Or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong product, or your order is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review it quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a package is delayed, we will first help check the tracking status with the carrier or supplier.

A delayed package is not automatically eligible for a refund unless it is confirmed lost or otherwise eligible under this policy.

Incorrect Address Or Failed Delivery

Please enter your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

How To Start A Return

Email us at lisiyuan7878@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason for your request.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
